KodaPdf’s core function is file conversion and processing, and privacy is based on the following principles:
Temporary Storage: Files you upload for processing are kept on our servers only temporarily during the process and for downloading results.
60-Minute Deletion Protocol: All original files and processed outputs are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers within 60 minutes at the latest after the process is completed.
No Human Intervention: File processing is fully automated. Provider personnel or third parties cannot access document contents.
No Backups: No backups of your files are kept. The user is responsible for the security and backup of data.
HIPAA Disclaimer: KodaPdf services do not guarantee HIPAA compliance. Please do not upload your personal health information (PHI) or protected medical documents to the system.
4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Processing
When using AI-supported features such as "PDF Summarization" or "AI Chat", document content is processed through relevant models only for temporary analysis. This data is not stored for training AI models and is subject to the 60-minute automatic destruction protocol.
5. Cookies and Third Party Services
Our site uses cookies to improve service quality and for advertisement presentation:
Google AdSense: As a third-party vendor, Google uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Users can manage this feature by visiting Google Ad Settings.
Analysis: Google Analytics (with anonymizeIp function) can be used for traffic analysis. During this process, your IP address is masked and anonymized.

Since uploaded files are deleted after 60 minutes, the right to deletion is technically applied in every transaction.
8. Data Transfer and Sharing
Kodapdf.com does not sell or transfer user documents to third parties for commercial purposes. Data transfer takes place only in case of legal obligation or limited to mandatory technical service providers (payment systems etc.).
9. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Disclosures
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties we share it with. DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)
1. Subject of the Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement determines the boundaries and security standards of technical data processing activities carried out by the Data Processor (Kodapdf.com) on behalf of the Data Controller (User).
2. Technical and Administrative Measures
The Data Processor undertakes that it has taken up-to-date measures such as SSL encryption, isolated container architecture and active server protection software to prevent unlawful access to data.
3. Destruction of Data
Any kind of document content uploaded by the User is deleted irreversibly at the end of the 60rd-minute technical period following the end of the process. The Data Processor does not keep any copies or backups of this data.
4. Confidentiality and Access
Due to the fully automated nature of the processes, no personnel or third party has authorization to access document contents. The Data Processor guarantees the compliance of the entire operation with confidentiality standards.
